Squarespace
Website Design
Squarespace is my preferred website builder, and one of the easiest to use. The platform is completely drag-and-drop, so you can easily add content and rearrange it on your pages without having to touch a single line of code.
My clients save 20% plus a free domain and free Google Workspace Starter plan for the first year.

17hats
Client Management
I use 17hats to organize and automate my Web Design business, and I swear by it. Their feature-packed platform takes care of it all: quotes/estimates, contracts, invoicing, automated workflows, and bookkeeping. 17 hats saves me time and money, and lets me focus on what I do best – not paperwork.

Termageddon
Legal/Website Policies
Termageddon is an auto-updating, worry-free Privacy Policy generator. Get the policies your website needs to comply with GDPR, CPRA, CalOPPA, and more.
If you have a website where you collect email addresses, have a contact form, sell products, or link to other websites, you need a privacy policy and most likely a disclaimer and terms of service, too.

Memberspace
Membership + Content Gating
MemberSpace lets you put anything on your website behind a paywall or login without switching platforms or rebuilding your site. Courses, member-only pricing, digital downloads, gated resource libraries, private client portals: you decide what's protected and who gets access, and MemberSpace handles the rest.
I use it to build wholesale and members-only stores on Squarespace, and it's the tool I reach for whenever a client needs to sell access, not just products. It's no-code, works right on top of the site you already have, and lets you connect unlimited sites under one account, which makes it a favorite for web designers managing multiple client builds.

Coolors
Color Palettes + Branding
Coolors is the fastest way to build a color palette you actually love. Hit the spacebar and it generates combinations you can lock, adjust, and refine until everything feels right. You can pull palettes from a photo, check contrast for accessibility, and grab hex codes in seconds.
It's my go-to when I'm developing a brand's visual direction or helping a client move past "I think I want blue?" into a palette that holds together across their whole website.
Free to use, with a Pro plan for unlimited saved palettes.
